I have a sole First Direct account which I would like to change to Joint account. I have received forms to complete but there is full application for my other half. They also require certified documents for myself (existing customer) and for my other half.

Just wondering how was the process for anyone else who changed from sole to Joint?

After we got married (well, just before...), we opened a new Joint account, so the paperwork was as accepted. Anyway, the process itself is pretty much like openning a new account (a bit less paperwork though).
