How to switch away from Plusnet due to price rises? 13th Apr 18 at 7:40 PM
So Plusnet has been pretty awful since switching in January.
    - The direct debit they setup fails each month so we have to pay by card manually (tried resetting it up but it still doesn't work)
    - I'm pretty sure they slow down the speed at peak times quite significantly
    - Now they've decided to put the price up so we can leave scot-free.

Is it best to tell Plusnet we are leaving them or just start a switch to Sky?

If you are still in contract, you must notify Plusnet otherwise you'll be liable for early termination charges. You must have received the notification of the price rise, and you must notify them within 30 days of receiving it.
