Building completion certificate apartment block 13th Apr 18 at 3:56 PM
We bought a leasehold apartment new in 2002 - we are now trying to sell it. Our buyers solicitor is looking for a Building Completion Certificate. As this was a development of 14 units in 2 block joined by a main entrance gate would each apartment have been provided with this document.

I have all the paperwork from the time ( including the NHBC certificate which is now out of date) but do not have anything that resembles this type of document.
