Discharged CCJ? 13th Apr 18 at 10:43 AM
    Hi all,

Looking through my credit report and I came across my CCJ status as being discharged, can anyone tell me what this means?

My CCJ is from a parking ticket in 2016, didn't pay for ages but eventually did in 2017. Only recently noticed it's changed to discharged.

Curious to this as in the next few months I'm going to be a director of a company and was wondering if this would affect it at all.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I would expect to see 'satisfied', if this is experian.

However, I assume it means the same - that the liability has been paid (discharged) and there is no debt remaining.

The entry should stay on till 2022 - don't see why it should stop you being a director.
