TPS Appeal rejected. 12th Apr 18 at 10:33 PM
I got a parking charge letter from TPS for overstaying on a car park in Crewe. After sending in an appeal using the template from the newbie section, i received the letter saying I was now at the end of their appeals process, so I assume it's on to POPLA now?
I went to the carpark again today. The sign saying that there is a 2 hour maximum is on a bad bend and can be easily missed. I assume this could go in my next appeal? Also the photos that are in the appeal rejection PDF are not very clear and on the one that is at the entrance, there is no wording about charges for overstaying.
Should I just find a template and add those things to it?
Thanks very much for all the help so far ;-)

    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se
