    Hi

    Can anyone help me out with this please,

    I applied for a phone contract yesterday with mobile phones direct, today I have received an email of order confirmation and 2 attachments which are their T&C's and Vodafones policy (I think) it also states it will have a date of dispatch but the actual email doesn't contain one just the date I ordered. when i go to check my order it says they have had a system outage and can't tell me my order. The date of dispatch on my account says to be confirmed. With the email I have received does this sound like I've been accepted? Or still awaiting credit check answer? Any help would be appreciated

    Due to an unexpected system outage there is a delay in the processing of your order.
    We’re doing everything we can to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
    At this time our call centre will not be able to confirm the status of your order.

    Getting that message when I log into my account. I was asking if anyone had received this email and if it means I've been accepted. Obviously I know to ring them which is a bit hard considering....

    No one here can know if you've been accepted, your only way to get a definite answer will be to ring them.

    Though from the wording of that message they haven't processed your application yet, would be be my guess.
