Somebody on carers allowance can earn upto £20 per week without it affecting their payments?

My question is if you start self employment on top of being a full time carer, if you earn more than £20 but after expenses your total profit is £20 or less, would his be ok?

Carer's Allowance is only affected by earnings in excess of £120 a week not £20.

Other income related benefits are affected by earnings after £20 for a couple or a single parent or £5 for a single person/B]
