    Hi I live in a rented property my 20 year old son is coming to live with me my landlord says that he needs to go onto the tenancy agreement is this true.

    Depends...... what does your tenancy agreement say about other people living at the property?

    Your tenancy agreement will state who can an cannot live there. I expect that this will be specified one way or another as I am sure that your Landlord would not leave his property open to occupation by all and sundry.
