Hi is anyone having trouble with BT Call Protect I'm trying to block a number but it's just sitting there spinning the little circle in the middle of the webpage?

Blocking callers by CLI has been shown to be utterly ineffective, the scammers simply change the displayed number each time they call.

There is a version of trueCall that can be installed directly on the telephone network. Unlike Sky and TalkTalk who have, BT has not taken this route.
