Debenhams and Plevin 8th Apr 18 at 6:45 PM
Hi All . Has anybody had any luck with Debenhams( Santander) with regards to Plevin . I was rejected with regards to my PPi claim but the final letter said that i could qualify for recompense under Plevin and that they would write to me in due course following further advice from their regulators. It has been about 6 weeks and nothing heard . I was thinking it may be worth giving them a call tomorrow but just wondered if anybody else has had the same experience?

Thanks I appreciate that people have been waiting for ages and I know there is a substantial backlog. However my question is more about has Santander come to a decision as to whether they are liable for Plevin or not yet . The reason I ask this is that seemed to be what their letter inferred .
