New Redspottedhanky Android app 8th Apr 18 at 2:06 PM
Been advised that there is a new app for Redspottedhanky.
In my opinion, it's rubbish!! There are so many bugs & even for the simplest of tickets, it takes far too long to make an order.
They shouldn't have gone live with so many issues
Are there any other train ticketing websites that don't charge a fee? The desktop version of RSH now charges 1 per order.
Also, need some info on split ticketing websites. Travel to Liverpool a lot from Reading & need to minimise my outlay for tickets.

I use gwr.com website (on desktop and mobile). They don't charge a fee, give you nectar points, and give you just one collection code if you book multiple tickets in one transaction. You can also save 4 regular journeys as favorites to speed up buying tickets.

Bought two tickets today (for tomorrow) while on the train, picked up a few mins later when arriving at the station.

I don't think any rail company charges an extra fee. Some give nectar points as well so using Trainline or Red Spotted seems just to be giving money away. I use First Hull Trains for all journeys.
