    My car got a ticket.

The Signs show bpa and ipc but the notice that!!!8217;s come is just ipc? Bit weird can they do that.

Any tips on dealing with them?

Funny as local Morrison got some negative press about their use of a ppc and anpr cameras a few years back,

It was also declared in the local rag that they had to drop a number of tickets due to a lack of planning for the anpr cameras. You think the copper associates would not have been so easily fooled by the ppc as no evidence of planning consent exists.

Anyone used this to get rid of tickets?

    Use the forum search facility.

You will however have to be more particular about your spelling or you'll find nothing.
Is it Copper Associates or Cooper Associates?

Used what, planning consent? It's been mentioned and no, it has no legs in a defence.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Land owner says they won;t comment on anything and have forwarded the emails to pps.

Pps have just sent reminder letter. I have raised a full complaint but the lady who was emailing me seems to just ignore me.

Any advice I assume it!!!8217;s ignore as standard letter was sent to pps at appeal stage.

I am not planning on ipc Appeal.

Don!!!8217;t visit the site anymore and won!!!8217;t be in te future

Please switch off your 'Smart Punctuation' on your iPhone/iPad to avoid the littering of your posts with !!!!8217; and the like, as every apostrophe and some other punctuations convert to exclamation marks and numbers.

Go to 'General' > 'Keyboard' > 'Smart Punctuation' and flick the switch off.

Switching off seems to have no detrimental affect on any other use of the keyboard.
We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.
