Should I wait for NTK given the signs were there? 19th Mar 18 at 3:10 PM
Hi all, I have read through the previous questions, so apologies if I have missed something similar.

I know the advice is to wait for the NTK if the company was an IPC member, but I need to know if it is worth me even doing this, given that the signs were there and the driver was in so much of a rush that they simply didn't look. Is this one of those cases that should just be paid up and not bother trying to appeal?

    Many thanks

Yes, that you need to reread the newbies thread, which tells you the next steps following the inevitable rejection.

It looks like (unless I have missed something) that I do nothing now and just ignore anything that comes through regarding debt collection, etc. and that I should only act if I get a court claim through. Have I read this right?

Scary! I am much more relaxed about me, but my step-son has one too and he's not been passed that long. Don't want to jeopardise his driving experience before it gets going.

Knowing he's beaten a driving-related scam will surely enhance rather than jeopardise his driving experience.
We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

DRP letters are far from 'scary'! Read the 4th post & links in the NEWBIES sticky!
