Tesco changing DD payments 14th Mar 18 at 5:56 PM
    Moving money into your account

You'll no longer be able to make regular or one-off Direct Debit payments into your account. Any existing Direct Debits set up on your account will be cancelled. If you've not already cancelled your Direct Debits on 22 April 2018 they will cancel automatically and you won't be able to set up any new ones.

Just seen this on the Tesco banking website - does it mean that we will no longer be able to use a Tesco account to fullfill the Halifax rules of 2 DD per month being paid out of the account? If so that could make life a bit tricky

To be fair we've been having awful problems with mail delivery for months now so it could easily be the fault of Royal Mail rather than Tesco. I always read changes to terms and conditions so I'm confident I never received a letter.
