Demand of payment of unpaid charge

Demand of payment of unpaid charge 12th Mar 18 at 9:24 PM
I recently received a letter from Minster Baywatch demanding 155. They said I had received a letter originally for 60 but I did not. I have to pay this 155 by 9.3.2018 or they threatening external debt collection or solicitors . The fine is for a parking charge in a cinema car park next to a sports arena. The driver drove in and out of the car park but parked on the verge between the two venues as the arena car park was full.
I ve looked at the newbies forum but couldn't find any Baywatch templates. Shall I sit tight and ignore any letters as the keeper?

    info
date of event 22.01.2018 @ 21.05 (Cinema Car park was empty)
they have photos of car entering and leaving Cinema car park.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

Firstly see if the landowner will cancel. Secondly there is no templates for individual parking companies, that would be madness having hundreds of templates.

In the Newbies thread there is one template for all occasions. It does say that. Please take a good, long read of the Newbies thread.

You do not need a 'Baywatch template'. All cases are the same.

We're mostly interested in hearing that you got it cancelled by complaining to the Cinema Manager.

Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your OP to remove the details of the driver

thanks for advice all - I found the template.

I'm still a little confused , do I speak to the Cinema manager or do I send template to Baywatch?
Don't want to do something wrong in process.

How is the NEWBIES thread confusing on that point? It says:

    - always complain to the landowner first

    and

    - here is the appeal template to send (one size fits all).

Why any query? It's clear what to do.

Not getting much joy with landowner. Had letter from bayminister
    - As this charge is now with Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, please refer all future correspondence to them.
Also had letter from debt recovery plus stating I have until 28.3.18 to pay up . Any advice on next step please
    Kind regards

That's odd, thought your PPC was Minster Baywatch?

Ignore them of course. You know that from post #4 of the NEWBIES thread, no need for advice.
