    In addition to the basic conveyancing fee they are charging a 120 mortgage fee and a 195 leasehold fee, I guess +VAT, presumably dealing with additional paperwork , is this normal, roughly how much is reasonable or should these be included in the conveyancing fee?

    Our standard conveyancing fees after vat were 1100, and then we had a further 800 On top of that for mortgage fees, land registry fees, service charge (we're on a new build estate) and other fees. Bloody expensive if you ask me!
