Which credit card to apply for 7th Mar 18 at 6:50 PM
I want to pay off my car loan with a 0% credit card. Do I get a 0% on purchases or a balance transfer card? I have spoken to the car finance people and they will accept a credit card payment. Looking for one to allow me to pay over around 30mths.

Hi, we move threads if we think they’ll get more help elsewhere (please read the forum rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.

I’ve moved your thread from the ‘I wanna’ board to the ‘Credit Cards’ board, where it is better suited.

    Regards

If your finance company accept payments this would mean you need a 0% purchases credit card.

A balance transfer card is for paying off balances with other cards elsewhere.

Maybe have a look here at 0% spending
