Has anyone any experience of Pure Luxuries London? I've just created an account to warn people about them, but thought I'd better check to see whether or not it's an isolated incident. I've ordered from them twice and had to return both times due to their bags smelling of mould, when discussing with their customer support, it emerged their 'handmade', 'British designs' are all made in a factory in India so the mouldy smell was probably from being on a boat to the UK. Not a massive surprise in this day and age but furthermore their products are permanently 50% via a code, or up to 70% off via their 'clearance' sale. They even call themselves 'Pure Luxuries London' but are based in the north. Something doesn't seem right here.. I'm not saying they are a scam but they certainly don't appear to be what they make out to be, be careful if you order from them.

Not heard of them before but they do look like nasty knock offs. Probably made in the same factory as the Michael Kors etc copies.

Good point, thanks. They seem to sell in other places like Debenhams too though which is weird, also discounted. I'll just go elsewhere

    WOW!
    They're not cheap either.

Next time I'm in Debenhams, I might give them a 'sniff test'.

  • Ah these care free days of watching #ENG score 5 goals in the first half of a World Cup match. It reminds me of... Never.
