Capital One (Egg) Plevin payout 6th Mar 18 at 11:10 AM
    Hi

I raised a complaint with Capital One in relation to an Egg card I held some time ago. They issued a final response very soon after the initial complaint, saying the PPI complaint was rejected however they enclosed a cheque for Plevin.

I'm not happy with the rejection so am going to the Ombudsman. Should I still cash the Plevin Cheque?

    Thanks

You can still keep the Plevin payout. If the FOS overturn the decision you will be paid the redress minus the plevin payout.

You rasied a complaint with Capital One about an Egg card? Really?

I'm not surprised they rejected it.....
