    Would a person under 35 but with a four year old child be entitled to the two bedroom LHA rate? Thanks.

    Yes, they would. It is only single people under 35 without children that would get the shared accommodation rate (unless receiving the severe disability premium with an income related benefit)

    Only if they receive child benefit for said child. If they have joint custody but don't receive child benefit then the SRR applies.
