Ford Flexible Saver - is customer service OK? 4th Mar 18 at 12:54 PM
I am thinking of opening a Ford Flexible Saver account and am wondering if anyone has any comments on their customer service and ease of use of their website?

I opened a Post Office saving account a few months ago and I ended up closing it as I was unhappy with the poor communications and website which resulted in me having to make several phone calls.

    Thanks

Absolutely no problems since they first started (at 4%)

Their customer service etc. is managed by Newcastle Strategic Solutions (Newcastle Building Society). I have various accounts with them and all been great so far.

Just for my own personal curiosity, why this account when Tesco pays 1.26%?

Got 20,000 ready fro a new ISA so was going to stick it in Tesco, however would have had to wait for the annual interest payment while with a monthly payment I wont. Think I'll go with ICICI who are paying 1.35%. 22.50 interest for a month not too bad.

As a follow up, I have opened the ICICI account, very straight forward. As a bonus they also insist on setting up a Direct Debit for the initial 1 payment. Now THAT came in handy.
