Does such a thing exist ?
When googled "free vpn" only comes up with free "limited trials"...

    I've used
    https://freevpn.me/
(no flashy website just free vpn's)

They have a few different connections and the passwords change every 4 to 8 weeks.

They allow p2p and streaming, but they can be a bit slow every now and again. but should be fine for watching tv

I use Private Internet Access http://https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ and have done for the last 3 years.

Its not free as it costs me approx 30 for the year, and it gives me access to a website that gives me access to all the latest TV shows that is banned here in the UK.

    I recommend them !

Epic just acts like duckduckgo - it doesn't offer any way of pretending that you are using it in a specific place ( which is what I need)

If the new plans for making sure there is age verification for porn sites come to be and are intrusive then I can see VPNs undergoing a vast rise in popularity.

Agree with your point that is more sites than just porn. The Govt have a poor IT track record and this shambles is well represented by the fact it is supposed to start shortly and no-one has any idea how it will operate so it will start with confusion and loopholes.

Windscribe VPN gives you 10GB a month free
Windscribe VPN gives you 10GB a month free
    https://windscribe.com/upgrade

If you're conservative with what you use the VPN for 10GB goes far. If you're really desperate you could probably set up multiple accounts (not tried this so no guarantees).

I paid a modest fee for NordVPN but to be honest Windscribe's allowance is enough for me. I mainly use it for when I'm accessing free WiFi hotspots.

    Speeds are actually ok.

    McAfee just bought out Tunnelbear.

So look for T&C changes to Tunnelbear's usage and logging info...

I took a look at that site and found Bitdefender Total Security advertised as free. I followed the process to get it and found that it was bait and switch/misleading ... it was a 90 day free TRIAL. So I'd be wary of promoting it.

Ah yes, the problem with that is that the offer has ended, now you are being redirected to their new offer which is a 90 day trial. Each link as some number of reviews from people who have tried it so its a good idea to also read the reviews before downloading anything.

No - my problem is with how they advertise it ... they say FREE (100% off). Only if you look more closely at the product page can you see that it's a 3 month extended trial version. Why not simply say Free Trial?
