Can I Draw Down or shall I move my pension? 12th Feb 18 at 11:01 PM
Hiya hoping someone can point me in the right direction, had a draw down from my Prudential pension 2017, took 10k out to help my daughter with her wedding.
I've been told that I will have to pay the current rate of Tax if I want to draw down again to buy a property in France.
Am I allowed to move my Pru pension and draw down when moving?
The way I see it, if I buy a property in France then I will have an income and be able to leave the property to my daughter.
The pension is just an amount that I will get every month!
