    Hi anyone used these for a mortgage? My bankruptcy falls off in July and Iím considering using these as they specialise in adverse credit?! My bankruptcy order was July 2012 and I was discharged Feb 2013

    Theyre not an actual brokers. They sell the leads to other brokers. Have a look at the footer of the website "Legal Information"

    Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.

    The issue is that online you are going to be supplying a lot of info which you then have to send to them and they may need to get you to get more info. By having a local broker, you can pop in or they can collect what they need when it is just down the road.

    Online brokers really do seem to have issues when cases are non-standard.
