Pulled out of purchase - Broker/lender fees? 12th Feb 18 at 4:52 PM
    Hi all
I realise this may not be a one size fits all response.
I am planing to unfortunately pull out of a purchase on a new build property for personal reasons. The contracts have not exchanged yet luckily - I have used the broker recommended by the developers who has organised buildings and life cover and has got me the mortgage offer. Do you know if I will have to pay any fees to either the broker or the bank/insurance providers for cancelling before it has started? The paperwork does not suggest any fees payable to the broker on withdrawal but just wanted to know if anyone had any experience.
Any advice or thoughts are welcome. Thank you.
