I have a pair of Indian runners

They are pretty cute, but stupid. They still think that the chicken who hatched them is mum
if you lend someone 20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it

    Aye up ducks.

    `DUCKS' DITTY.'

    All along the backwater,
    Through the rushes tall,
    Ducks are a-dabbling,
    Up tails all!
    Ducks' tails, drakes' tails,
    Yellow feet a-quiver,
Yellow bills all out of sight
    Busy in the river!
    Slushy green undergrowth
    Where the roach swim--
    Here we keep our larder,
    Cool and full and dim.
    Everyone for what he likes!
    WE like to be
    Heads down, tails up,
    Dabbling free!
    High in the blue above
    Swifts whirl and call--
    WE are down a-dabbling
    Up tails all!

But then I'm no duck/goose expert! ask Edwink, she'll know! There's a whole thread about ducks and hens and such.

Here's my attempt at a joke we had at school ...

Person 1 - I use Up Duck on my teeth.

    Person 2 - What's Up Duck?

    Person 1 - Nothing dearie!

    (I don't hear any chuckles)
