Nutmeg into skipton 7th Feb 18 at 10:03 PM
We have a nutmeg Lisa as it was the only one available. We also have a Santander h2b ISA. I say we, my partner has both as I have already had a mortgage in the past. We've just realised that we can't transfer the h2b into the nutmeg so we are thinking we will transfer it into the Skipton. We opened the nutmeg in may last year. If we transfer it into the Skipton for their deadline (1st march) and then buy a house in may, do we still get the bonus as we have had a Lisa open for over a year albeit two different ones? I'm really worried that if we transfer and close the nutmeg before the years is up it won't count, even though we then have the Skipton Lisa. Thanks.

Did your partner not read the email from Nutmeg when they announced defeat on HTB transfers?

It's the same LISA you are moving it between providers so the original initial contribution date still stands for the 12 month rule. If you don't believe me, as I am an internet random, then check with Skipton then stop worrying.
