Gladstones Solicitor Letter +DRP 7th Feb 18 at 6:48 PM
Hi, I'm extremely new and i really need advice.! I can't sleep worrying. I read the Newbies thread and just left me more confused and tried reading everyone elses with the same issues but i just end up lost so i appreciate any advice (that you have probably given a million times before)

I won't go on too long but basically i recieved a ticket while on private land, i was working on a tv show and we were on location so as far as i am aware, we had permission to park on there. The security looking after the set told us all where to park....one day i came off set and there was a ticket on my car! I ignored it and every letter afterwards. I got letters from Debt Recovery Plus and ignored them.
Last week i recieved a Gladstones Solicitors letter. It says on the letter to contact their client and make a payment of 160 before it goes to court! I also read somewhere it could possibly be a fake letter as there is no contact number to Gladstones directly and tells me not to make a proposal to Gladstones. I have 14 days to respond.!
    Please help
    Thank you in advance...

And then the report of what happened in the house
    last friday

Parking Bill moves to next stage. Will Hurley and John Davies's use of obfuscation techniques found out.

Hurley and Davies are Gladstones. As you will read, one
MP has referred them the SRA

Yes, it is a debt collectors letter dressed tp to look like one from a solicitor, and using a real law firm;s letterhead. It is a scam.

This company was named and shamed in the HoC last week, it is deep in the brown stuff. if may not be practicing by Christmas.

Watch the video and complain robustly to your MP.

If you get a proper court claim from Gladscum come back here.

Do not worry about this, unless you ignore them completely they are no big deal. You may have to spend a few hours learniing the ropes, but in doing so you will acquire skills which you can use elsewhere.
