Newbie here! Re credit card PPI through CPP... 7th Feb 18 at 4:28 PM
    I'm new so be gentle

So we put a claim into NatWest before Christmas and NatWest have written to us (yet to receive the letter!) With their decision. My husband took his credit card out in 2006 and apparently that's when his protection with CPP started. He has made an annual payment of 36 every year since then but we figured it was a credit card fee for having the account. Dim I know!

However we didn't realise they were sending a renewal letter through every year to his parents house (where he lived when he took the card out).

Should we be successful how is the claim calculated?

It won't be. CPP isn't PPI.

The CPP reclaim window closed some years ago.
