ok here goes..I am 53years old, at the mo i am working 25hrs a week, i have my son (22) and his 2 children living with me they are 18months and 6 months..my son claims income support for 1 and child benifit for 1..the second child has been placed with us by social services in the last month, ..the house we live in is council in my name only.. at the mo i get uc and a wage and pay so much to my rent/council tax..My son pays other bills, water, gas, elect etc..now my question..If i decided to become the full time career for my grandchildren and my son when out to full time work, what could i claim..what would happen with rent as the tennacy isnt in his name only mine

Are either of the children disabled or are you just talking about childcare in general?
