    Sorry that I've posted this in the wrong place, but I cannot see any other way of asking a question other than replying to someone else's.


    I cannot find a "start new thread / question" link at all.


    I have parking charge notice and want some help please.


    I've never had so much trouble navigating a forum before. They're usually straight forward.


    Can anyone point me into how to ask a new question because it's baffled me. I'm using IE11 if that makes any difference.

    I am using a PC with internet explorer 11.


    I cannot find a start new thread /post button at all.


    I am totally lost. I've looked at that thread and still struggling.

    I cannot see that button. I've even switch compatibility settings in case it was that.

    I can't post an image of what my screen looks like as I'm a new member and it won't let me.


    About to give up. This is hopeless. If I can't get any help with appealing the fine I'll just have to pay the 60 and be done with it. This is costing precious time that I haven't got.
