Hi all, haven!!!8217;t posted since the start of the year but just checking in to say that I managed all of January without buying lunch at work of coffee - coffee being my big downfall!!! I still spend 44.50 on !!!8216;eating out!!!8217; so takeaways, meals out, coffees and cakes, lunches with friends etc. This month I!!!8217;m already at 41! So I need to reign that in. Anyone working on reducing takeaways and eating out? Any tips?

Hello everyone, checking in. I!!!8217;m virtuously up to date so far, mainly thanks to sandwiches, hastily prepared pastas, chopped carrots and fruit.

Another tin of Mackerel on toast for today's lunch, and that's the cupboard supplies finished. Making the Thai chicken noodle broth again tonight as we really enjoyed it so that'll be tomorrows lunch too.

    Smashing this challenge!

    Morning,

Found a tin of chicken and sweetcorn soup in the cupboard, so having that for lunch with a roll I bought yesterday.

The tin does say best before 9/17 but I figured it'll be ok as its in a tin

Today, I have the last of the yellow stickered chicken breasts bought and cooked on Sunday on some seed and honey bread. I would love to say I made the bread with my own fair hands...

Made a pot of the Thai broth as planned and have a portion with me at work, but I'm in head office today. There is a very real threat that I could be lead down the path of temptation today, as its tradition to go out for breakfast and/or lunch.

This will be a tough one to resist.

    Afternoon everybody

So far this week I've eaten:

Monday - Gravy and chips from cafe in work - sooo cross with myself as managed to leave my dinner in the porch again while locking up!

Tuesday - Instant noodles from home and apple
    Wednesday - Leftover tomato pasta
Thursday - Leftover turkey meatballs and spaghetti
Friday - haven't brought food from home, but getting taken out for lunch by my husband so hope that counts as haven't spent a bean!
