Cutting Down Alcohol Thread 30th Jan 18 at 2:46 PM
    Hi Guys,

Sadly we lost our thread and I don't personally keep a private record of others AFDs so all data on the old thread is gone.

I've decided I'm going to bow out for a while as I'm actually pretty busy here in RL. And my life is about to get really hectic as I'm moving home....Also it will be hard to have challenges if data is getting lost. Sorry guys.

....It's been great...maybe I'll be back in a few months...

    Ta Ta For Now.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I didn't have the notion for any more but I think if I'd had a second one that would have changed.

Agree regarding the fish n chips, I've been in a few Glesga chippies that the fish wasn't the only battered thing to leave the premises!

Well, all I can say is I'm glad I live in an area of the southwest where the chippies are next to the pubs and I've never seen anything battered other than the fish. Or maybe a sausage.

    13/31 please, Baileys.

    Hello Shaggy,
I would like to join you all here.
I want to cut down on drinking and I want to stop 'treating' myself with a glass of wine in the evening as a reward for just getting through a normal day! There are 19 days left in March and I want to see how many of those I can have as AFD. I would like 15/19
    Thank you, DIA.
