Cutting Down Alcohol Thread 30th Jan 18 at 2:46 PM
    Hi Guys,

Sadly we lost our thread and I don't personally keep a private record of others AFDs so all data on the old thread is gone.

I've decided I'm going to bow out for a while as I'm actually pretty busy here in RL. And my life is about to get really hectic as I'm moving home....Also it will be hard to have challenges if data is getting lost. Sorry guys.

....It's been great...maybe I'll be back in a few months...

    Ta Ta For Now.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

8/31 for today please although I am seriously tempted due to a wasted day on the phone caused by a major retailer having a meltdown of their delivery system due to snow, they have now lost my business and item will be purchased elsewhere.
I understand snow causes delays but do not understand how a 3 day delivery can change to a 12 day delivery and then change to the item is out of stock (as in they sold my already ordered item to someone else)
Sorry rant over and as I am on day 47 in a row I am not blowing my upcoming 50 in a row for J**n Useless L**wis

You're quite the detective! Yes. It's my birthday on Monday. Lunch tomorrow and Sunday to celebrate with friends and family and then DH and I will enjoy Italy just the two of us.

Thank you, I am glad I resisted
I read on an earlier thread about triggers - HALT
    Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired
I had suffered thoughts of drinking due to hungry and tired but could not remember the last time I got angry!!!!

I remember HB saying that she cut herself some slack with chocolate consumption when going AF. It's best not to be too hard on yourself, one thing at a time.

This could be the last for a week or so as I have a very social weekend coming up and then we're off to Italy for a week. Plenty of month lleft when I get back though.

Have a lovely supersocial weekend, Maman, and a wonderful, indulgent Italian birthday with your Best Beloved.

Morning all, 7/21 for me, I was planning lunchtime drinks with a colleague but he's too ill so an unexpected AFD!

Well done for resisting temptation Paspatur. I fear for our future if a few days of snow can disrupt supply lines so much, I reallly do, but I very much fear that kind of snarl up is going to be the norm in the not too distant future.

    9/31 please, Baileys.
    Keeping it AF

I probably bear more resemblance to Rab Ha' as I used to do eating challenges for charity. Huge burgers and very hot, hot wings were my speciality!
