0 WOW ratings reviews seem distorted 13th Jan 18 at 11:08 AM
I just left a review on and noticed that the LOWEST review score I could give a hotel is actually 2.5 while the HIGHEST is 10. This means the scale is actually only 2.5 to 10 whereas I expected it to be between 1 and 10. This seems to favour and their hotels which I guess is why they do it. But surely this is misleading to consumers and shouldn't be allowed because it distorts the scores?

and tripadvisor only lets you score out of five so its almost the same.

and as far as it "not being allowed" whos going to stop it?
