    I have made a fish curry using frozen fish could someone tell me if I can either re-heat it tomorrow or re-freeze as I have lots left over.

    You cannot do anything with it, to safely dispose of it, PM me and I will remove it from you!


    Alternatively, if you have a child, you could warm it up and test it on them yourself, of course, wait 24 hours in case they are affected! Failing that, put it in the freezer!


    Me personally, I would just heat it up and be down with it!

    Was the fish uncooked whilst frozen and cooked in the curry?

    If yes there should not be a problem reheating but only the once and thoroughly. It's a bit like fish pie and fish cakes, these are reheated if there are leftovers?

    Don't worry all is well, we didn't need to save any for the next day or freeze. Grandson (12) and his mate called around after getting a flat tyre on his mates bike for Grandad to fix, while waiting ate the curry and all the cake we had for afters.
