    Hi
could i ask for some help please.
I have 2 CCJs and i am going to contact northampton county court to find out who they are owed to. If thats is the best way to find out .
I want to get them sorted.
All other debts i have lost track of but they will all be statute barred except maybe one.
Robinson way have mailed me for the last couple of years asking for contact on a debt.
    Two problems
1/ I emailed them once but not from a link on there email, and never got an answer.
2/ the amount they are after is very close to one of the CCJ amounts.
If it is no longer statute barred thats fine, i will try to arrange to pay.
If it is the CCJ i want to sort it as well .
What is my first step.? It seems as though debt camel says dont send prove it letter.
Will sending statute barred letter answer all question in one go?.
Its probably my debt and if i have to i will pay i dont want trouble at the door though.
    thanks
if you do it its done

    Hi,

You can check trust on line as well, all active CCJ!!!8217;s should be shown on there.

There is a small fee for checking the register :

    https://www.trustonline.org.uk/understand-judgments-fines/searching-the-registers/the-register-and-ccj-checks

The provit letter asks a creditor to prove liability for a debt, without officially acknowledging it.

Once legal action has been taken, that debt cannot go statute barred.
