Policy Start Date versus Renewal Date 9th Jan 18 at 9:31 AM
I have an unemployment insurance policy and it has an exclusion in it that says I am not allowed to claim within 120 days of the policy start date. The policy started 2 years ago but each year the policy is renewed. Firstly does this exclusion apply only to the start date or to the renewal date ... therefore each year I have an exclusion of 4 months after renewal?

Also they have moved me this year to a new policy as my old one has now expired. This new policy starts in a couple of days, do you think I would have a 120 day exclusion apply to that again or would it be seen as a renewal??

    Thanks for your help.
