Mine is too. If a text is too complicated to send then I either message on Faceache or e-mail. If the person isn't on Faceache or I don't have their e-mail address then that's their hard luck

Email, facebook, whatsapp text. It all pings into the phone as a message.
At least texts nowadays are not limited to however many characters they used to be. Although I can't think of the last "text message" I sent as most people just use whatsapp.

I can't be bothered with typing, especially on a phone or tablet, so I just ring people up. It means I can effectively avoid social media nonsense most of the time.

Erm, my mobile is still one with the buttons on it.

(I want an iPhone, but every time I try to see what deals are available, I get swamped with too much information and give up ).

I used to always buy outright but last year, my iPhone 4 had become too small and I needed to upgrade but didn't have a gaurenteed income. Tesco had a good deal on a iPhone5 which would have suited my needs only I didn't want to use Tesco so I rang O2 , my preferred provider and they offered me a top of the range SE (same spec as an Iphone6) for £15 over 18 months plus an all you can use package for £9 a month. Total cost for the handset works out to £270 against retail price of over £400. I have been an O2 customer of over 10 years and that was their retention deal to keep me . Worth trying yourself if you have been a loyal customer with a provider
if you lend someone £20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it

Yes, I would prefer to buy it outright, but all the SIM card packages swim before my eyes!

I have been an O2 customer for over 25 years, (when they were BT, and Securicor, etc.) but before I approach them I need to be armed with facts and figures of what others can offer me, iyswim.

Thanks for the info,; I will ponder on't.

Pyxis, look at Carphone Warehouse, via Quidco, of course.

CW often do good online only deals and if there!!!8217;s cash back, too, it!!!8217;s well worth it. Save even a bit more if you!!!8217;re with cb monthly.

I got a 5S for OH for £15 pm and £50 cb. Not worth paying up front, really.
