    Where do I start - PPI from 1999/2000? 8th Jan 18 at 3:23 PM
I have tried looking at the sticky threads but can't see what I'm looking for.

I believe I had PPI on at least one credit card (possibly a store card too) but dates back to 1999/2000. I don't have any details on account numbers, just the name of the lender and obviously my addresses at the time.

Where do I begin in terms of trying to find out if I did indeed pay PPI and whether I am eligible for a refund? I am not even sure whether I can claim seeing as it's so long ago?

Please feel free to point me in the right direction if there is a thread which explains this in detail for me.

    Thanks in advance.

    You would ask the lender.

You're not eligible for a refund. You need to make a complaint with your mis sale reasons.

It becomes much more difficult the further back you go. But do you have complaint reasons?
