Car Lease 7th Jan 18 at 2:43 PM
My wife and I are separating and I have a car lease through my work where i salary sacrifice. I do not have a licence so am not insured.

My wife re-pays me monthly for the full amount.

Would I be able to cancel this lease agreement early as I have 2 years left?

Probably best to speak to your workplace. They may be able to reassign the lease car to someone else for the remaining term, or negotiate an early termination if their business is worth it to the lease company.

Impossible for us to know if there is a break clause without viewing the terms
The opposite of what you know...is also true
