    ... if you cancel in the 14 day cooling off period ?

    Or even better can they be added to first bill ?

    I found one ooooold post on their forums suggesting it was but their t&c's suggest not.

    You will have to pay for any "applicable" installation charges, basically.

    What does that mean for the case where installation hasn't been done yet.

    Migration of internet is promised within 10 working days (starting on the next working day) or 14 days, so they could have connected you before the 14th day.
