When is revaluation needed for remortgage? 5th Jan 18 at 12:14 PM
We just completed on our new (to us) home in December. It was valued for mortgage purposes in September.

Part of our FD mortgage was ported from our old house, and I can look to book in a new rate in February.

Does anyone know what First Direct rules are regarding valuation - will we need another valuation again in February?
I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.

Depends on the LTV. Any idea what that was when you completed?
