Civil enforcement ltd/QDR solicitors PCN from 2013 4th Jan 18 at 11:49 PM
    Help

its my first time on this forum.

    PCN letter from 2013.

Parked on private land free for 1 hour only way to extend park time is calling from a mobile phone.

No more than 10 minutes late with no phone at the time.

Letter came from Civil Enforcement Ltd.

At the time a few forums suggested ignore letters from this 'enforcement company'..

House move car sold. Letters have followed 4 years

Now being chased by QDR Solicitors

2 letters from QDR now one from june 2017 then again December 2017.

They are claiming a balance of 273 and threatening there is a CCJ against owner

    Questions:
    Ignore the letters
    appeal?
    Appeal thru whom?

    help

    Reeeeenz, welcome.

The first thing to do is edit your post to remove clues to the driver's identity.

Perhaps your second paragraph should look something like:
its my first time on this forum. I have a PCN letter from 2013. The driver parked on private land free for 1 hour then you have to pay by calling from a mobile phone. From what the driver remembers she was no more than 10 minutes late with no phone at the time. Letter came from Civil Enforcement Ltd. I looked them up online, read a few forums and ignored letters.
There is no place for the word 'I' when describing events on the day.
