Shared ownership mortgage 4th Jan 18 at 8:06 PM
A friend is in a mess with her shared ownership mortgage (has paid interest only for 10 years, house has gone down in value, and property company now want their 25% back!)

Before we get into details, an initial question we canít seem to get a clear answer on: will they be entitled to 25% of the initial value, or the current value of the house?

    Thank you
