red light camera 7th Dec 17 at 12:31 PM
Last night driving home, taking an unusual route via Holloway road, (London), iím approaching a traffic light junction. Itís two lanes and Iím in the right hand lane, that I realise is a right hand turn only. The traffic lights for straight on are green and the lights for turning right are red. I indicate to change lanes and change lanes to go straight ahead on the junction, when I notice the double flash of a red light camera.

Since I was going straight and lights for straight ahead were green, is there anything that I could argue in my defence should I be presented with a fine and points.

    Thank you

As we tend to major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work) and post a new thread. I!!!8217;m not sure who enforces whether the council or the Police. There are two separate forums on PePiPoo dealing with each. Here are your links:

    Council
    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=30

    Police
    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=5

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post.

PePiPoo has some great experts in their relevant fields.

We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
