POPLA Apeal - not hopeful 6th Dec 17 at 4:02 PM
Hello, I've had my appeal to Parkingeye rejected so I've been sent a POPLA code along with a letter going through all the arguments that won't win an appeal. Looking at the thread on here I was going to go for either landowner permission or the registered keeper argument but it seems Parkingeye are on top of both of these. I really want to push on with this but obvs want to put forward the best argument. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

just put ALL of the usual suspects from post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread into your popla appeal

    any NTK failures
    any POFA2012 failures
    any BPA CoP failures

    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

Is this in connection with your previous thread regarding Huddersfield car park?

If so you need to keep it all in the one thread. Paste this post into your original thread and let this one die

(Newbies faq thread covers POPLA appeals with templates to use)

The generic ist appeal covers the main general points However, each case has its own particular points.

For example, we have seen cases where a motorist is being ticketed for 10 minutes overstay, but that could be appealed on GRACE.

Others when there was a double dip

Others where a wrong digit was entered when buying a ticket.

If you want some tailored help, then you need to supply some details for us to pick at otherwise with PE you may be right in saying you will probably fail.
