Employment tribunal reinstatement 4th Dec 17 at 7:19 PM
I have received a letter from HM courts, regarding reinstatement from the uk Supreme court decision.
I was unable to proceed with my employment tribunal as i was unable to pay the fee-which is one of the reinstatement criteria.
However, due to inability to pay fees i settled out of court with my employer. So i assume , i cannot reinstate my tribunal ?
I did phone up the court but they told me they could not answer that question

You settled. That is a legal contract. You cannot now go back on that.
