ban on renting fees 3rd Dec 17 at 7:41 PM
Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for the ban on renting fees?
It does seem to be dragging on, and I'm looking to move in a few months

Any change in the law will not be instant and may take years to actually implement even when the law changes.

It looks like it is in consultation for 6 weeks until Mid December and then will take time to be thrashed out before a date is set for the law to change. This is likely to take years so just move and for now swallow the fees or go private.
