Foam Block 3rd Dec 17 at 12:26 PM
I am looking for a rigid foam block to stand on to do some exercises
A standard yoga one compresses too much
It only needs to be about 2 inches thick (just enough to give clearance for the other foot)
    Any suggestions ?

    Why foam?
Why not get an exercise step?

Go to a wood yard and get a piece cut off a railway sleeper or something similar.
